The energy storage system of this project has a capacity of 1MW/4.18MWh, and the battery system, bidirectional converter (PCS), battery management system (BMS), energy management system (EMS), AC and DC distribution control system, environmental monitoring system and fire protection system are deployed in containers. The energy storage system has core technologies in terms of safety, integration, and information intelligence. 

  1. System configuration

The energy storage system of this scheme is configured as 1MW/4.18MWh, adopts the integrated design scheme of containers, and is integrated with 1500V high-pressure liquid cooling. 

This solution uses 3.2V/314Ah lithium iron phosphate battery, and the single power is 1004Wh. The monomer has the characteristics of safety and reliability, high system efficiency and long cycle life. Each standard subrack consists of 52 cells of 3.2V/314 Ah, with a capacity of 166.4 V/314 Ah and an electric capacity of 52.249kWh. Each battery cluster consists of 8 subracks connected in series and 1 high-voltage box. The battery cluster specification is 1331.2V/314Ah, and the power of a single cluster is 417.996kWh.
